Shipping
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placing them. After dispatch, changes may not be possible. Please contact our support team immediately.
You can update your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed. Contact us at support@yourstore.com for quick help.
Same-day delivery is available for select pin codes. Please check availability at checkout or contact customer care.

Payment
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), and popular wallets.
Yes, absolutely. All payments are secured with SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways.
Don’t worry. If the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. You can also retry placing the order.

Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
Simply log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” select the item, and click Request Return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
